Traditional Polish white sausage, gently scalded and ready to heat. Delicately spiced pork with garlic and marjoram — an authentic taste of home.
A cherished classic of Polish cuisine, our Kiełbasa Biała Parzona brings the authentic flavours of traditional white sausage to your table.
Made using a time-honoured recipe, this delicately flavoured sausage combines premium pork with subtle hints of garlic, marjoram, and white pepper. The meat is coarsely ground to give a satisfying, rustic texture, then gently scalded to lock in moisture and flavour whilst remaining wonderfully tender.
Unlike raw white sausage which requires careful cooking, our scalded version is fully pre-cooked and ready to simply heat and enjoy — perfect for busy weeknights without sacrificing authenticity.
Whether you're recreating the Easter traditions of home, preparing a hearty Polish breakfast, or introducing friends to the subtler side of Polish charcuterie, this sausage delivers genuine flavour crafted with care.
Scalded White Sausage
Pan-Frying (Recommended): Heat a little oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. Add sausages and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through and lightly golden.
Simmering: Place sausages in a pot of gently simmering water (do not boil). Heat for 8-10 minutes until warmed through.
Grilling: Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly until heated through with light char marks.
We craft our Kiełbasa Biała Parzona using authentic methods and premium ingredients — no fillers, no shortcuts. For Boston's Polish community and beyond, this is white sausage made the proper way: with respect for tradition and a commitment to quality you can taste.
